Creating a web electronic offer in share registration bisiness
1. Any of the 3 entities (Individual/Governement/Corporate bodies) should by a drop down access their different forms
2. They should be able to fill their various forms
3. Completed forms can be submited and uncompleted forms saved for future editing and submission
4. Forms without compulsory fields can not be submitted
5. An email/sms alert goes to subscribers and agent of their successful request awaiting payment verification + a unique ID+ uploaded passport photograph and signature
6. Rejected request also sends alert to subscribers and agent with reasons of rejection
7. There should be an admin profile which can create fill, save, and submit forms onbehalf of subscribers who do have access to the compter
8. Admin should also be able to create other admins/users and assign roles
9. Reports (Num of verified and approved forms, Num of rejected forms, etc).
