Build a web site to enable account holders to undertake multiple choice test exams.
I am looking to build a we site which allows school students to be able to take practice exams. .
The web site will be similar in function to

The elements of the site include
A log in account facility for students, parents and teachers
Four sections for year 3, year 5, year 7, year 9 students
Accept credit card payments
The practice exams to be taken online in a timed multiple choice - we will provide a word document of the exam with questions and answers. See [login to view URL] for sample in child account
Practice exams to be downloadable in a PDF format
The practice exams to be taken on line with a space for a missing word or number for the student to fill in.
All graphics for the site
Tracking of the practice exams taken by the account holder and a ranking of the account holders performance based on the practice exams they have taken.
A ranking of the account holder against data we provide on the average of students who take the real exams so the account holder can assess their performance against actual exam performance of all students in the state.
A ranking of the account holder against other account holders who have taken the practice exams.
