Build a WordPress Website Which Already Has a Purchased Theme Installed and Set Up

My website is [login to view URL] I need the following modifications done. Please reference the numbers below to the numbered screenshot of the website.
I've attached the theme files. All fonts, icons, etc. are to be used from the theme.
1. Remove this section and input social media icons (included with the theme). Google+, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube. Add newsletter sign up section with input fields for first and last name.
2. Input my logo here (logo will be provided).
3. Menu will be the following (remove drop down menus and pages): Home, Blog, Herbal Remedies (will have a drop down menu, create 5 blank pages and sample link titles for now), Shop (I will be putting an Amazon Affiliates store on this page) , About Us, Contact Us.
4. This area I would like to input the attached image along with the attached main page article- Mother Nature Knows Best.

7. Change to "Top Selling Natural Anxiety Remedies". I would like this section to be a slider if possible. I will provide photos and text at a later point but, each section will link to it's own page.
8. This section will show the most recent blog entries- expand to whole width so that 4 entries are shown (2 side by side).

14. Move to the left and expand to half the width.- I'd like to change this to an Instagram section with a plugin that automatically shows my recent Instagram posts.
15. Move to the center and expand to half the width. I'd like this section to show all the recent comments that are posted to my blog entries.
16. Should mirror the menu items mentioned above and also add "Disclaimer" page. (No need to put Herbal Remedies menu selection here.)
17. Change to copyright to 2015 Fine Natural Anxiety Remedies.
