INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND
I'm looking for a qualified website designer to help with building the first part of my new start-up website preferably in word press. The business name is SIMPLICITATE which is latin for simple. I chose the name as I think it represents SIMPLE and FACILITATE which is what the business is about. I've attached a draft capability statement as a guide. This is intended to provide guidance only and i'm looking for some creative flair to take it to the next level. I'm looking for a creative designer that has experience in building Consulting and B2B websites.
THE BUSINESS
Is a B2B service that provides Consulting and Managed Services (delivery) to organisations with large property portfolios.
The Consulting part of the business - this is where we provide short projects to clients to design or execute strategies.
The Manged Service/Delivery part of the business provides an ongoing services to a client to help them manage their property portfolios. This is centred around People, Procurement & Supply Chain, Helpdesk and Technology.

Overall I'm looking for something that is eye catching, professional, simple and modern. Also want to easily be able to update the content (wording) myself as I'm expecting changes along the way. Also looking at developing a longer term relationship with the selected designer to take help build phase 2 & 3. This project is Phase 1.
