We are a consulting company specialized in selecting the appropriate candidate for a job.
In order to check the candidates’ skills and competencies, we ask the candidates to do some simulation exercises. Today we have to select candidates remotely. They therefore have to do those exercises remotely.
We are therefore looking for a provider that could create a website:
From the final user point of view:
- The final user can access to a page with a selection of videos and/or documents (pdf / word / powerpoint / excel). The video should play in streaming only. None file (nor videos nor documents) can be downloaded. And last but not least, the videos and documents can only be seen during a predetermined time frame (Access allowed on June 3 from 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM)
From the administrator point of view
- The administrator can create a new final user, determine which video(s) and / or file(s) he/she can access to and for how long. The administrator can, through the backend, easily add videos and documents, but also edit or delete them. The videos files and documents are organized by categories (and sub-categories).
N.B.: if the read-only feature of the Office document is too complex / expensive, we can work with text files. Please let us know the price for the 2 options.
N.B.2: Another optional feature that should be quoted apart is the possibility to add a “call me on skype” button when the time is over.
