Changes on my current business card to allow varnish mask

I have a photoshop which I normally provide to this print shops, so they make these normal business cards printings.
But now I want one with varnish masks (not sure where to place them yet), so the print shop requires few things.
*** .psd = my current business card
*** .ai file = requirements (they are in portugues, so the translation is):
first image says: logo / company information / send the art with no rounded borders
second says: varnish mask (front)
third says: varnish mask (back)
File should be in .ai format, layered and respecting the print shop requirements.
