We have QuarkXpress documents that we need converted to Microsoft Publisher so that we can more readily update them. The persons responsible for keeping the documents up to date have Publisher experience, but now Quark experience. The initial project is for conversion of the attached document from Quark or PDF to Microsoft Publisher so that the document can be edited. There will be additional documents to convert, but they are NOT part of this projects.

I have added a PDF version of the file.
