We have a very large classic asp / MS SQL sports managment website that needs to interact with a 3rd party API for certain aspects of the operation. Ultimately we would like to convert the whole website to php and mySQL, but this project is to convert several of our current pages to php and interact with the 3rd party API of a partner. Our website manages sports leagues and the clubs, teams, games and people that use it. Our partner company has a site that mimics some of our functionality but does not go far enough to provide a complete backend that would be useful to us to move into. Therefore, as an interim step, we would like to update information on the partner site through their API whenever the relevant information on our site changes.
