Creating files of pictures of products for printing into stickers to paste on shop shutter

Hello FreeLancer men and women,
I have a simple project, in which I want to create stickers of products I sell to paste onto the metal shutter of my stall. Basically I sell outdoor things like tents, knives, bottles, etc. So what I want to do is to create stickers that will be printed and then stuck onto my store's shutter to make it look nicer.
In total there should be 30 A4 and 30 A3 size files you will need to send to me. For products too big or long to fit on a single sheet (eg a fishing rod), it is understood that it will fit across 3-4 sheets OR simply cut it at the max length on a sheet and put the rest on the same page in pieces. I would like the products to be as close to real life size as possible, but at the same time I do not want you to take up too much time figuring out how big to make it exactly, so just use your common sense and images available. In total we would need appx 250 images done (please note appx).
Work specifications, step-by-step:
Step 1: Find a high quality image of the product to be uploaded on the internet.
Step 2: Open image in your favourite graphic editing software. Crop image's background out (if applicable) to only select product. Do make sure you the selection is feathered and does not have any "rough" edges
Step 3: Paste image into one of the sheets and edit them if required. I want to see maximun use of each sheet space (squeeze in as many images as possible).
Step 4: Create a white stroke around each image of 2mm. Then make sure the image is well feathered so it looks nice. Repeat Step 1-4 until finish paper size
Step 5: Save the file as a .PDF
6. In the end, I will need you to upload it to a free hosting site, so I can simply send the link to the printer to print from and it should be online for around a month
File Specifications (End Product):
A4 or A3 standard size with 2mm bleed area (area not to be printed on)
I would prefer the end file to be at 300 dpi, but if you think the end product will look better on a lower dpi, let me know
End file I want is in .PDF, but this is subject to change (I am still discussing with printer)
Stroke in white colour around each image
Images should be as similar to real life as possible (size)
So see attached file for sample of final product and as per normal, looking for the person who can do my work at the best possible price.
