Custom Cabinet Shop Website

I am looking for someone to design my fathers company's website.

The site needs to incorporate the 2-3 colors that'll be provided to

the designer/developer. Ideally looking to stay in the $100.00-$300.00 range.

Requirements:

- General -

* The site needs to have a modern clean look to it.

* Have simple effects and animations done with css.

* Submitted results should use random 'dummy' text as fillers for information

to showcase the styling and layouts.

* The site should be responsive based on screen size and work well on mobile phones,

tablets and computer browsers.

* The site should be done with html/css only, no javascript.

* No using pre-made templates, we want this site to be unique.

- Header -

* Will need to contain the company logo.

* Need to contain the company's address and phone number.

* need to contain facebook and email links etc, and have a adaptive flow if we decide to add more in the future.

- Body -

* Needs three basic layout schemes.

* One must contain some sort of picture slide show or gallery to display previous projects.

* One must contain a area for testimonials from previous clients. Probably 2-5 will need to be displayed at once.

Choose the 2-5 option based on the flow and look it'll provide to the site.

* You'll need to create a contact form and style it, as well as all common form elements for future use.

* You'll need to create templates for page/content headers, text, lists, and add a style to the form elements.

- Footer -

* Will need to contain a site map to display all page links.

* Need to contain name, logo, copyright info facebook and email links.

Just basically need the layouts, styles, etc and I'll add the actual content and functionality both

server-side for any forms, loading of pictures etc and any client side javascript needed.
