I need a logo for a new software partnership, Cannon Hill Software. We are looking for something that can be used in print and on our website. It will need a simple icon that can be used in color or black/white. We do not have a preference with colors or font. For the icon, we are looking for something like a cannon battery on a hill. Something clean and easily identifiable. The name can be used as "Cannon Hill" or "Cannon Hill Software". We do not have a tagline.
This project was previously worked on by another freelancer, but I believe the language barrier caused the project to fail. I have attached the work that we paid them for, but are not happy with. We want something less literal and more stylized.
If this project goes well, I have another logo project that is ready to kick off.
