This project is about replicating website: [url removed, login to view] and launch it in the Czech Republic. The purpose of the website is to connect real estate agents with the potential clients. It is basically the same concept as what freelancer website is doing, except the product is real estate, freelancers are real estate agents and those posting projects are clients, who are looking for the best agent to sell or rent their property.
There are 3 main parts:
1) Registration for Real Estate Agents, including their own personal profile they can manage
This section includes: filling out personal details, uploading photo, fill out experience, achievements, company they work for, location, logo of the company, selecting user name (their email) and password.
Once they are registered, they will have access to their "inbox", from where they can edit their personal profile, check any requests received from the potential clients and be able to respond to them via the website (basically like an integrated email agent between the agent and the client). Ability to sort the requests, delete them if not interested in them or marked them as completed. Agent will only see the client's details once they are selected, before the client's details are not visible.
2) Registration for the clients
Clients will register while posting their request about renting/selling either residential or commercial property. During the registration, they will be first asked details about the property (address, features, upload pictures etc) and then fill out their personal details and with this first property they will have their personal profile created as well.
3) Admin side of the website
All posted requests will need to be approved before they are send out to appropriate agents. From here the website will be managed, features including:
- sort out through requests and assign them to the agents (email confirmations to be sent out to both sides - to clients (request is active) and to agents (inform them they have a new request in their inbox)
- be able to see all registered agents as well as the clients and be able to edit their profiles
- have access to all requests and be able to filter among them (completed, active etc.) and be able to see all the details of what people posted and what was responded to those by the agents.
- also the website will be run on the subscription basis for the agents (they will be paying a annual fee to have access) and this part needs to be managed from here as well (details when they paid last time, generate invoices, send automatic reminders etc.)
In terms of design, I would like something very professional and clean. Something like LinkedIn/Apple design - main colors being white and grey.
