You will be updating coupons and deal on my website, marketing my website and my email business, finding me leads, processing them, etc etc

Basically i get updated coupons, deals from various vendors, i'll forward those to you and teach you how to update them thats for coupons and then you have to plan on marketing that and bulk email business, i'll give you pricing for bulk emails.

Whatever i get from coupon website we'll divide that 60-40... where 60% is mine .... and for bulk emails i'll pay you by the leads which will vary from $10-$50 or may be more depending on the quantity.
