We need a CMS installed and customized to our specifications (will consider Joomla or Drupal, maybe others.) We have a CSS / HTML template that will need to be integrated (customized) for use with the CMS. We will need modules installed that will provide specific member / subscriber capabilities including payment gateway (Paypal, Amazon, Google.)
The ideal CMS would be Web 2.0 savvy (CSS and Ajax) compliant. Please PM if you want to discuss CMS criteria.
We are unable to endure a learning curve and will need continued support after the main install and configuration. We need a developer to provide pricing for install on our server and integration with our "tableless" CSS design & HTML template.
Once we are satisfied with the completed site, we will want support and tutoring with the CMS as needed.
Regarding the CMS install and implementation, we need the following:
Install the CMS (and appropriate modules) at our web host. Although we have investigated Joomla, Drupal, WebGUI, Xoops, and others, we will consider ONLY the open source CMS’s that offer the capabilities outlined within the attached requirements document.
