asprintf / vasprint implemented on opensolaris

OpenSolaris doesn't have asprintf and vasprintf by default.. We need something done up in a way so that it won't conflict with the CDDL license. For example using some BSD licensed code as a base if it can't be done by scratch.

## Deliverables

1) We need vasprintf()/asprintf() implemented on OpenSolaris and tagged as weak so that when official versions are delivered they will be used. 2) Makefile to build the libs

## Platform

Recent version of OpenSolaris from [login to view URL] should suffice. Currently [login to view URL] running on x86_64 (amd64)
