Creating personas for personal hosting market

For a new hosting service we want to create a marketing plan, we need to have more information about the users that are interested in personal hosting in (Germany, Holland, Belgium, England, France) we want to have a good view of who is interested and why they want to use the service.

We need persona's (fictional characters created to represent the different user types within a targeted demographic)

to create a good view of the users in this market.
