Dear all,

I am seeking an expert to deploy an OCR system where it scans the IDs which are in Arabic language mainly or Passports via a scanner, then it will log the fields to a Microsoft Access database that will capture the picture, name fields, ID number, ...etc

Then from the MS Access, the log should be managed and extracting the history of this specific person across all the databases on all computers , so later on we can pull up the records of any given search criteria
