Coding iPad / Android tablet Simple Application

We need to Code a Simple Mobile App compatible with iPad and a Android Tablet, it is posible to have a HTML, phone gap App.

The most of the sections are galleries and text, A simple transition animations between sections,

We need to integrate some KRpano Virtual tour >> [login to view URL] and a interactive section similar to

[login to view URL]

We attach some screens of the interface,

We provide the Design in Photoshop File and the KrPano Virtual Tour

We have a big hurry, and we are making some adjustments to the Design please consider some hours to this changes.
