Consultant for iPhone development

I need a resourceful /experienced iPhone developer preferably from US or Europe. No Africa, no asia please. Must speak fluent enough English or Spanish. The project is about a postcard creator for iPhone and I need someone who can solve small view and DB issues. Must be able to debug quickly code. It can be done in spare time since depending on the issue and complexity, he/she gets paid more or less money. I will pay $5.00 USD and on per issue which must be solved within time frames of less than a day.

Total PRIVACY and non-disclosure of code or posting code on Web, nor plagiarizing of application on APP STORE since I am under contract. I will try not to disclose as much as possible. Preferably contact over the internet via Skype. Get paid via paypal immediately.
