I am looking for someone who has knowledge to create an app that works for both the Android and iphone.
This app involves taking control of video camera installed on both of these phone devices and being able to send off those videos to a database. This does NOT involve manipulating the video in any way.
Please show me other Apps you have done in the past or the skills that enable you to create this kind of project.
Price is negotiable, but I wanted to start somewhere.
