Develop a mobile website from our existing website

We need a mobile website & apps created. We're looking for an expert team, not an individual on this project.
Proven experience and completed projects are a must. We will need the following mobile development:
1) Create a mobile version of our website (website address will be provided with your bid, website is like an ecommerce site with a homepage, category, subcategory, and item pages. A short form is available to the customer to be completed on each item page. All pages are built DYNAMICALLY with information from our database so all you need to do is create a mobile version of the page and pull database values into the mobile version of the page).
2) Create a rich iPhone App that will allow the user to access their account & post items for sale under their user account, includes the ability to capture a picture from the phone camera.
3) Create a rich Android App with the same features.
Item #1 is the first priority, followed by #2 and #3.
I will consider a bids for work that is to be billed hourly.
