Add photo feature to existing mobile website

Looking for someone who has experience in JS, jQuery, Material Design and working with image hosting platforms like Cloudinary to be able to securely save (uploading multiple images at once) on the image hosting platform and retrieve images using RESTful APIs and retrieving these. Platform already exists and this is just a feature that needs to be added. Would prefer someone who has worked with image hosting platforms in the past- shouldn't take very long to complete.
