Android app - geolocated photo sharing

I have a pretty simple concept for an app that I need developed for the android platform. It will be more complex than this, but for now it is just a geolocated photo sharing app. I have all the APIs written and live for the backend.
I just need a good looking app where a user hits an icon to take a picture, takes it then we take them to a 'share' screen similar to what you see on instagram (no filters) where you can tag, write a comment and submit the picture. And even if there is a good open source instagram like template we could use some code from it.
This is a simple version of an app that will become more complex over time. So this work could turn into a very lucrative job at some point.
