The scope of the application is to facilitate our clients to send paging signals to their butlers/tea boys via Tablets at the both end. The entire system would be composed of three main interfaces i.e. Admin screen, Requester interface and the Butler/Tea Boy interface to receive the requests and acknowledgment. The requester selects one of the items (Tea, Coffee along with Quantity & Sugar Quantity) from his/her interface and selects one of his/her butler/tea boy (location-wise) and sends the paging alert. Subsequently, the butler/tea boy receives the alert (sound-beep) on his/her Tablet and acknowledges the request and fulfills the order and closes the request.
In similar fashion, there shall be an administration section for the administrators where they would generate reports, manage accounts and add/delete services/menu items/users/locations.
