Building an Android and iOS application

I need a IOS and Android app made that are designed to record event details into a database that a user or a group of users input to help them make better decisions in the future. For example, a venue would use this software to track bands that play there and record details like: turnout, sales, products ordered, clientele type, set times, etc. So that when that band comes back they can search for it and plan their staffing, product ordering and floor layout accordingly. All these events must be searchable by date, name and alphabetically. I also want a option to import and export this data. I have full details on functionality but the exact design layout hasn’t been set in stone yet and will need a tad of adjusting along the way.
