Change two button interactions of my ASP.NET website for mobile phones as explained: -- 3

all interations will be same (intact) EXCEPT, "Resim Seç (Photo Upload - A camera icon)" and "Ses Yükle (Auido Upload - A audio icon)" buttons.

IT WILL WORK AS IT IS FOR DESKTOP but for mobile phones:

When clicked the "Audio Button" instead of file upload, it will directly open voice record of phone, Voice will be recorded in ".wav" format. And recorded voice file will be given to file selector.

Second when clicked "Camera Icon" instead of file upload, it will directly open camera of phone, and a photo will be taken with "lowest possible size & resolution". And taken photo will be given to file selector.
