We are looking for someone who already has this application and its been tried and tested. It can be written in any language as long as it works.
We are looking for the following features as a minimum , any other features would be a bonus.
A user-friendly professional GUI with our company branded colours and logo
1. Able to connect a sample of GSM mobile phone's or GSM modem (Huawei E160) using USB and Bluetooth
2. Send text messages in bulk by selecting to send to the address book, upload excel or copy and paste from txt file.
3. two-way SMS facility with an auto responder based on various keywords and an unsubscribe facility if a user texts STOP
4. Able to report on text messages sent and export to excel.
