i need two things to be done:
1. convert regular posts to custom posts.
2. update a form

1. transform posts into custom "listngs" posts.
- use custom fields from old posts structure: FAddress, FCity, FCountry
as "Location Address" under "ET Settings" in the new custom post.
and use the "Location Address" to find the Latitude/Longtitude.
- set first image of old posts as "feature image" on new custom posts.

2. i will also need to update the add new listing page:

i want it to look more HTML5 style, flat graphics, one page/tab.
- service info tab needs to be changed so the address, city, country will be typed in the same field and tranlated to the map latitued/longtitued.
- add a short description field (for the post Excerpt)
- upload one image to the featured image field.
- keep the video link option, this will embed any video link into the end of the post content.
