Design/Code for ONLINE DATING Site With Video

My company will be entering the online dating medium by creating a targeted dating site that will be focusing on a specific niche market.

I am looking for a freelance designer(s) who will be able to design the site and program the content management and backend of the site to fit our specific needs. The site will have a traditional online dating site layout and operation to it but we are also looking to incorporate the use of videos.

We are looking for someone talented and experienced to tackle a job of this magnitude. We will need someone to operate and manage parts of the site on an ongoing basis as well so this job can turn into a long term permanent one if the designer so wishes.
