Chess Engine written in C#

For study purposes, convert the attached Chess Engine C language source code to C# (C Sharp). Additional requirements: 1. Recode the legacy code to new features of the .NET framework. 2. Add xboard protocol 2, [url removed, login to view] 3. Add UCI(Universal Chess Interface) protocol, [url removed, login to view] 4. Add MTD(f) a new minimax search algorithm, [url removed, login to view]~aske/[url removed, login to view]

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
