Dalpay payment 02 setup on penny auction site

We have a website - penny auction site - this site we have dalpay payment 01 setup for users to buy bids

2. Dalpay requires a way for users on our site to pay for their item (payment 02) after they win a auction

I had either idea of them to pay in there my account details or we setup a winners page whereby a winner can see they won and click paynow to pay

of course only the user who is logged in at the time and is the winner can only pay for the item and not a random person
