Delphi - Information extraction from Outlook, Yahoo, MSN, AIM

I require someone to code a DLL interface that I can access using Delphi or C/C++ that can do the following :

1 : Give me the text data contained in a Outlook message, either message being read, or a message being replied to.

2 : Give me the data contained in Yahoo Instant Messenger, conversation chat text.

3 : Give me the data contained in the MSN Instant Messenger conversation chat text.

4 : Give me the data contained in the AOL Instant Messenger conversation chat text.

I prefer all the code be written in Delphi 5.0, with sample code using the functions within the DLL.

Would like callbacks from the DLL to the main app if data has changed.

*Note - These things need to be done live, ie as someone opens a message in outlook, as new chat is created within MSN/Yahoo/AIM chat clients.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Must work on Windows 98/ME/NT/2K/2K3/XP.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
