C++ Internet Explorer Toolbar

We need a toolbar (source code + installer) that is compatible with Internet Explore 6, 7 and 8 (beta). The toolbar should have the following controls:

1. Icon ??" that is loaded from resources

2. Static text ??" that can be modified from source code

3. Drop down ??" which implements the following methods ??" OnLoad (when the control is filled with data) and On SelectionChange (a function that checks the selection)

4. Button ??" with text and function OnButton implemented

5. Again a Static text

6. Again a Button that when is pressed starts a dialog with standard windows controls (edit boxed and buttons).

The controls (icon, static text, dropdown .. and so on) should be placed on the toolbar in the order they were mentioned.

We need a installation package for the control (we prefer a Inno Setup project) that installs the toolbar and starts Internet Explorer with the Toolbar Enabled and Visible. The uninstaller have to be included and [url removed, login to view] toolbar should use static links and all the dependencies should be included in the installation package.

Please provide us a time and cost estimation for this project.

PS: We are aware that some of the toolbars are using code available on the Internet. Using that code is fine BUT the source code have to be fully documented and you have to MAKE sure that the same code is not used by other toolbars that are considered as being spyware. We will install the toolbar that you will deliver and we will scan the computer using at least 15 antispyware software.
