We are a small company that does dog training. We get around 25 new bookings at least for a class each day and the work involved in putting all the information is intense. We need:
1. From our office 365 to be able to copy and past information in the box on the database
2. This adds it into the relevant class and then decreases class numbers on our spreadsheet
3. We also take bookings from paypal so would like to be able to put that into the database as well
4. The few days prior to the class an email gets sent out automatically to the relevant class members of the new class that week
5. The class list gets sent to the relevant trainer to view for their class as well as sent to admin for invoicing control
