ASP.NET Email processor

Here is what I need. I need an Asp.Net page that will take in a normal form, this form WILL NOT be a Asp.Net page, just a standard form with fields in it. This Asp.Net page will iterate through all the form fields making an email. In an XML file that is in the SAME path as the Asp.Net page, data should be loaded in that tells the processor the SMTP host name, username and password of the SMTP server and the email To and From data, and finally, a redirect page parameter and an error redirect page parameter. In addition, if an SMTP error occurs, a log should be created with the error. This Asp.Net page will never actually show any content to the user, it will redirect to a thank you page on completion, or an error page if something unexpected occurs.

Code must be in c#, Asp.Net 2.0.

All functions must be commented. -Including privates

Native .Net libraries must be used, no third party items. (I suspect that [url removed, login to view] should be used.)

All source code must be given.

I need this turned around quickly, so I will only be soliciting bids for a max of 2 days, but if I see a good bid come through, I may award quick. If you bid, please keep an eye out for the award of the bid. I will only be giving a 48 hour deadline on this project. I am looking for quick, clean code that does exactly what I ask, nothing fancy.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
