AmeriChinaJobs, a recruiting platform

AmeriChinaJobs has been very successful in helping USA companies to hire distributors, sales agents, sales representative and local talents in China. We have many customers and are well known in China and in [url removed, login to view] have conducted business using mailing lists and offline promotion. Now, we have too many customers and job candidates, we need to have an online platform. This project is to create an online recruiting platform, the platform is to help USA companies to hire distributors, sales agents, sales representative and local talents in China.

We are thinking about a simplified version of [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view], so the platform should be very similar to these website. The main interface is for job candidates to search various openings and to submit resumes (cover letter) and also to fill qualification. It also has an interface to allow employers to submit jobs and search for resumes and candidates. Functions required for employee: Post Resume,Edit profile,Search jobs by keywords, requirement, location. Functions required for employer: Post Job Requirement, Search for candidates, Pay by paypal. Functions for back-end management: To monitor job activities, To add job categories, To add job region. The graphical design shall be part of the platform. ( <[url removed, login to view]> )

We would prefer some team or individual who had done the similar recruiting platform in the past. So when you bid the project, please include the recruiting platforms you had done in the past.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The code need to be written in PHP + MySQL (We will test on Linux and Apache platform).
