Back-End Engineer PHP Application

The project involves back-end engineering a PHP application and making a few enhancements to improve upon the basic concept of the application.

The project will have three milestones with a percentage of funds released at the successful completion of each milestone.

At the completion and acceptance of the final product we would also like to offer a one year maintenance and support agreement to the winning coder and or firm. The amount of the maintenance and support agreement will be negotiated and the successfull completion of the project.

**The three milestones are listed below:

1. Completion and accpetance of end-user front end design and functionality menu. 25% of funds will be released.

2. Completion, testing and debugging of all application functions and integration with end-user front end. 50% more or a total of 75% of funds will be released.

3. The final 25% will be released after a 15-day quality testing period.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Needs to run on Unix/Linux Servers uising PHP 5+ and Mysql.
