CMS customization

We need a customization on a CMS, to build a site for travel agencies. As the site includes a catalog of products we think that Joomla + Virtuemart could be a good option, but we're open to suggestions.

If possible, we need both programming and design integration (we provide PSD files with the design)

We're open to fair suggestions, if you already have a similar system not based on open source
