Hi

We are looking to develop a business/community portal. This Portal will include th efollowing:

1. Business listings

2. E-Marketplace

3. Forums

4. Classifieds

5. Advertisement(banner) manager

6. Article manager

7. Polls

8. News(I have the script for this)

9. CMS

10. Membership management

11. Event Calender

12. Noticeboard

13. Payment gateway

It should be a secure well designed site. NO CHANCERS PLEASE.

I do have a more detailed document but would first need to see all the bids and first see sample work that you have done. This is an urgent project and there will be much more work coming your way should this project be successful. We are looking to develop a long term relationship. Timeline- 1 month from beginning of project.
