The website will be hosted on a dedicated centos linux server.
I need an email validation script that works very differently from the normal email validation scripts. The script has to to take a list of email addresses and then do a validation based on the criteria listed below. There are two parts to this script. The first part is the functional part of the script (the most important). We will finish this part before working on the second part which is the public interface where people should be able to buy credits to check their email lists.
FUNCTIONAL PART OF THE SCRIPT:
The script must accept the list in the form a csv file (for bigger files), as well as an online form. The csv file can contain as many as 100,000 emails, but normally it would be more in the order of 20,000.
The main purpose of the script is to separate the emails into Canadian emails, US emails, unknown emails and bad syntax emails. This will be done, by checking the emails against the list of criteria provided in the attached document, which contains the whole brief. After that is done, the user will be presented with an output list in csv format, described below.
IMPORTANT:
READ the attachment before bidding, there are a lot of criteria you might not expect
Keep in mind that new criteria might be added in future, so programming has to be done in a modular fashion so that it would be easy to add or remove criteria in the future.
I will set a first milestone for this project at the third criteria. So you will have to finish the functional part of this script up to the third criteria to complete the first milestone. In other words: the script has to be working using those 3 criteria. I want to be able to upload a list of emails and test the script at that point in time.
PUBLIC INTERFACE:
This is the second part of this project. I will need a simple public interface where people can buy credits to check their email lists. I need the simplest solution possible. Probably a Wordpress membership theme linked to the main script, or any other simple solution you can come up with. The graphic design is not that important, as long as I can easily modify the design (which would be the case with a wordpress theme).

Keep in mind that this project will need updates and modifications in future, so there will be some ongoing work.
