Create a Joomla Template for Goreserva Hotel Book System

Hi all,
I'm looking for a Joomla expert who has experience working with Goreserva hotel reservation engine built on Joomla.

Heres what I need you to do:
1. Convert PSD design into a template to be loaded into Goreserva
2. Perform some backend customization work to allow administrator to set different color/background themes for each hotel category. Meaning to say Luxury hotel, the color theme is black, 3-star hotel color theme is white etc.
Unfortunately due to project confidentiality, I'm unable to upload the PSD designs here. If you are interested in this project, please bid and I'll share with you more details if I feel you are suitable for this project.
How will you be considered?
If you have experience with heavy Joomla module customisation and develop an online hotel reservation system before, theres a pretty high chance you will be considered for the project.
So please indicate your experience when you bid.
I require the template to be responsive.
You will need to work beyond the limitation of the product.
Update on additional customisation:
Under hotel information, add extra fields such as restaurants etc. for content management.
