A custom field/form design is needed for the used Form-Wordpress plugin: "Formidable".
The tasks:
Custom Design for Form Fields, with the following points included:
- Responsive Design and compatibility with the major browsers
- Icons on the left and right side depending on Field-ID (7 fields needed), and if required or in-error
- Placeholder design
- Message design
- Paragraph field design
- Dropdown field design
The text for the fields comes from the plugin, the plugin has a Custom-CSS input-field included.
The tasks should be mainly solvable with CSS.
