I have data in a Google spreadsheet which I need to design a calculation tool for. The Calculator will allow the input of specific data and the selection of certain products to define the table the data will be drawn from.

The initial input information will generate (via very simple calculation) two figures, the first figure will define a column within the data table specified based on the closest and greater match to that number.
The data in that column then is matched to the second number generated from the input info, again to the closest figure above the calculated figure. That data will be in a row which defines a specific product size (the row will be for example a DN32) and that is the figure that needs to be returned as the result.
The input and output of the data needs to be web based such that it can be built into a wordpress based website (this website is not in the scope of work) such that access can be secure and password protected.
The data does not necessarily need to be in a google spreadsheet, and is also in a hard copy which can be provided.
The tool will need to be be adaptable to size to be usable on a mobile device, and this can be discussed.
