This project requires both designing the site layout, graphics, and programming aspects of the site. Must use mysql as its database and php, css layout is required. No flash or animated gifs required. Please submit some of your other work created.
About the site - Basically this site will allow someone to search for a company in the area based on search criteria they enter. A few searchable criteria would be company category(home repairs, ac repairs), company size, location (city, zipcode).
After search is complete a list of companies will be displayed that matches the search criteria. Selecting a company will display the company's profile.
**Must allow for companies to be added, deleted, or temporary suspended when neccessary.
**Include an area where companies are able to edit their account information after successfully logging in with their username/password.
This is the bulk of the site. More information will be given to qualified bidders.

Please include completion time required.
Code should be well documented and ownership of site/design will be transferred to me.
I should clarify exactly what I need as there have been many questions asked by bidders. I need a search page similar to this site http://teamsugar.com/people/filter except users would be able to search for companies, not people. Each company would have a login account where they could edit their information. Searches will be done based on this information.
I need informational pages created (about us, home, contact)
Several of the search options will be checkboxes that allow the users to select one box or more than one (example would be company size, selecting 1-5, 6-10, 11-25.....).
I need an admin area that allows me to add, delete, and suspend accounts from the search results. New users will be able to register online and be listed after they submit payment. I should be able to adjust pricing for individual accounts and new accounts.
I need a paypal payment module in their account login that lets them pay invoices. I would be able to add, delete invoices that would reflect their account balance. I should be able to view all past payment records.
Pages should look pleasant, with theme I will forward to winner. Possibilitly to add more pages later for winnter.
