Hi,

I am looking to build the Website similar to Groupon, Living Social with similar feature and social connectivity and sharing Ie. Facebook etc. With the following features. We want the graphics etc. simple and clean like the above sites but should be attractive from the website design perspective and easily configurable.

HTML 5, AJAX, PHP,JAVA, JSP,MYSQL, CSS and standard Sharing API including XML etc.

Location Awareness

Social Sharing

Deal Providers - Accounts, can Generate the coupons/offer codes, upload the coupons and manage their accounts can have custom payment (Discuss once NDA signed and Approved.)

Users - Accounts, See the offers, purchase the offers, print the offers (Barcode Generator), Share the offers with their special codes and URL custom deal purchase and sharing (Discuss once NDA signed and Approved.) Managing and Affiliate URL processing. Credit Card, Payment URL processing

Custom Points System with API (Discuss once NDA signed and Approved.)

I don't want to reinvent the wheel but want someone who already have built the similar feature reach website and have the creditable experience. The site is currently for US only. I would like to see your running site example around this. I have the PHP and Mysql environment with full cPanel access.
