ajax shoutbox block for phpnuke

I need an ajax shoutbox for my phpnuke 7.8 website. This shout box should support smilies, basic bbcode tags and should be crossbrowser compatible . Based on ajax it should not refresh the site on new shout entry. Only registerd users should be allowed to shout and admins of the site should have the option to delte entrys.

Payment will be done only on seeing a working demo on a sample site.
