call back button

I m a coder myself and I am creating an inexpensive web based call back button for my client to call me by clicking a button. i prefer it to work only on uk but if you like you support other country.

I really dont want to pay any money when customer click the button because it work on VOIP i think. You must also build the server.

I just want a clone of thise site.

This is a lot of money i am butting into this. I feel like I typed a bunch of nonsense now, and everyone is probably confused, however I don't feel this is a HUGE job... shouldn't be that hard.. basically a call back button they will click on my web site. And you must show me how to configure it in case i want to set one up for my resellers.
