Automatically Pull Data from a website and add it to Database

Hi.

I have a recruitment website that advertises jobs online. When you click the link 'recruitment' a list of available jobs comes up. Which is a collection of jobs collected from multiple websites. At the moment I am copy and pasting the jobs from the various websites to add it to my site (which is very time consuming) I AM LOOKING FOR: A way to automatically pull jobs from 3different websites and add it to my database, so that jobs will automatically get displayed on my site (without me having to copy an paste it)
