Creating an invoice or detailed record from a .txt file

I am a long distance reseller in Canada and receive Call Detail Records from my supplier in the form of .txt files. There is a new file everyday, and it outlines the long distance calls my customers made that day, as well as incoming calls to their 800 numbers. Here is an example of the information and how it is displayed in the file; these are 2 call records:

The information included here is the calling number, the number called, the date and time the call was made, the length of the call, the charge, the rate, where the call was placed to and some additional info that is not relevant to my needs. What I require is to be able to turn these .txt files into individual call records for each of my customers. It would take SOME of the information, like the numbers called, date & time, call destination and would then calculate the cost based on my rates, display the records and total it up at the bottom. It would create a separate record for each customer based on the phone number; a typical phone bill is what I'm looking for. Right now I'm simply creating a single .txt file at the end of the month, sorting by customer and creating individual records in Excel spreadsheets. But it is time consuming and as I get more customers it's only going to get worse.
I've uploaded a copy of what I give to customers now so you can see what I'm looking to achieve. The only difference is my supplier is now basing it on minutes instead of seconds like you'll see in the example.
**NOTE** Ideally, I will need to be able to add different destinations & rates (ie. Canada 3¢, Australia 4¢ etc) and the software will need to be able to tell either by Country Code (included in the phone number) or by one of the text fields in the .txt file. I have about 500 or so individual destinations each with their own unique price.
