Develop PTC Script

Hello,

I would like to develop PTC script, to a better and more advanced script.

Here is the example script that I want to develop:

And I want to be like:

[url removed, login to view]

I would like to have layout like [url removed, login to view], the menu, forum, homepage, inner-menu, must be changed.

It should be attractive, eye-catching, css-rich, add innovative.

For the script, there will be some changes, the most changes are in user-interface.

And, I need some changes and some fix for the script.

The point is, I want it more simple, more clean, like [url removed, login to view]

I can't tolerate any bugs. The job must be done completely. The design and the script must be innovative and work flawlessly.

I am also need to create a manual payment system for my PHP script. Basically, to pay our members we are using PayPal API which is require Mass Payment enabled.
And now we want to have manual payment system. Here is how it will works:

1. Member request a cashout/withdrawal to his PayPal account.
2. Member have notification on email if the withdrawal is on process.
3. The request stored in the database
4. The request is viewable in admin panel
5. The request logged in the admin panel history, and members history and marked as pending
6. When I confirm the withdrawal, I just need to click 'complete withdrawal' in the admin panel
7. The status of withdrawal marked as complete in admin panel history, and member history
